The venue is divided between two floors, with a picturesque roof garden to boot. It’s earned the title of the longest serving entertainment venue of drag in the United Kingdom, and most nights are filled with varying forms of entertainment such as cabarets and DJ’s. The Black Cap has been serving the Lesbian, Gay, Transgender, and Bisexual community, as well as their “very welcome Straight friends” for around fifty years or so.
